Fellowships

Practical, foundational trainings that build AI literacy, digital confidence, and safer online habits. We use hands-on approach to help participants understand and effectively leverage digital tools for real goals, like job search, small business, and everyday learning.

Mentorships

A relational, community-focused support program that pairs women with trained mentors and Peer Pods (small, supportive peer groups). Participants receive support to set clear goals, build confidence, and practice healthy digital habits, including unlearning harmful norms. Mentorship turns learning into simple action plans and steady accountability.

Advocacy

We promote and advocate for safe digital spaces for women, free from technology-facilitated gender-based abuse, so women can engage and participate in the digital economy with confidence and without fear or intimidation. We advance simple, practical norms for safer online habits, consent, non-harassment, and basic evidence checks, that communities and organisations can adopt in everyday practice. Our goal is to strengthen digital and mental well-being for women across Africa.
