Women's Digital Futures Africa (WDFA) is an independent initiative hosted by the Digital Rights and Mental Health Initiative (DRMHI), a registered non-profit organization. WDFA advances women's participation in Africa's digital future by centering mental health and digital wellbeing as foundational conditions for safe, confident, and economically meaningful participation in digital society.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this Site, you confirm that:

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute:

- We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days

Step 2: Mediation
- If informal resolution fails, parties agree to pursue mediation
- Mediation will be conducted in Abuja, Nigeria (or virtually)
- Costs of mediation will be shared equally

Step 3: Legal Action
- If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue legal remedies
- Legal proceedings must be brought in Nigerian courts
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable:
- The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect
- The invalid provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention to the extent possible
- The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of other provisions
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WDFA regarding use of the Site.
